Trinity Catholic School is committed to making a quality, faith-based education accessible to every family. Thanks to Iowa's school choice opportunities, that commitment is more achievable than ever. Both the parishes of Christ our Hope Cluster and our school board stand behind this promise, welcoming all those who seek a Christ-centered learning environment for their child. Financial circumstances will never be a barrier to enrollment.
A variety of tuition assistance programs are available to help cover most - or even all - of your child's TK-6 tuition, often at little to no cost to your family. You do not need to be Catholic to receive support, and some programs have no income requirements. We encourage every family to learn about and explore all available assistance options, and we can help you navigate the application process or discuss your specific situation. |

Education Savings Accounts (ESAs)
|
Students First Education Savings Accounts (ESAs) are funded and administered by the State of Iowa. Funds may be used for tuition, fees, and other qualifying expenses at accredited nonpublic schools in Iowa. After paying tuition, any remaining ESA funds can be saved for future tuition costs or used for other qualifying educational expenses. All Iowa resident K-12 students are eligible for ESA, regardless of income.
Iowa's ESA program is administered by Odyssey. Applications open annually, and participants must reapply each school year. |
School Tuition Organization (STO)
|
School Tuition Organizations (STO’s) are charitable organizations that are funded by voluntary cash contributions from Iowa taxpayers. The funds are allocated to students attending accredited, nonpublic K-12 schools. All Iowa families whose household taxable income is at or below 400% of the current Federal Poverty Guidelines are eligible.
The Archdiocese of Dubuque administers its STO program through Our Faith STO, and participants must reapply each school year. Applications are confidentially reviewed by FACTS. |
Local Assistance
Local assistance is funded from Kucera Grants and generous area donors, when available, and is extended on a case-by-case basis. It may be able to offset tuition expenses that remain after STO and/or ESA support is applied. In order to be considered for additional local assistance, you must have applied for both ESA and STO. Please contact the school office for more information.
